Last Morning of 2010

this morning i was up at 4:30 to find a sliver of the moon and one bright star sitting in the heavens just above the water line.....it looked like a giant size children's picture book cover......right there in front of me in all its brightness......... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ as it drew near to sunrise the heavens began to change as the moon and star moved higher in the sky the horizon took on a hue of rosy pink that cast a pink shadow on the clouds which..in turn...cast a pink hue on the ocean's surface......so.......there it was ......an amazing picture.... moon and star in the night sky high above while day was breaking on the horizon.... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ the complete circle was present to me in that moment.... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ i was reminded of the fluid nature of all life...... ongoing.......ever changing......gentle movement from one moment to the next....... a wonder right here before my eyes......and even now......... as i type these words..... my eyes are set on the horizon as the sun appears..... it is a magnificent sight that i am privileged to observe in this moment... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ it feels so dream like.....no words can describe the beauty that cannot be held.....or captured.....but must be experienced in the moment ....for just as it appears..... it most surely fades into its next expression of being..... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ so i see that this is how i can understand myself....... each moment of experience with myself is perfect and complete as i move into the next moment of expression...... i am learning how fluid life truly is..... simply being in the moment is an amazing thing..... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Self-Sustaining Leadership

To find yourself, you do that by looking within and allowing what is there to be. To be! You will never lead until you stop following, and you can only stop following when you start listening to your own thoughts and your own ideas and your own genius (and) your own purposeful good and put them into play, into Life, into Now. Then you have become a leader. And leaders, in that which is termed the God sense, they are masterful entities (that) are governed through Love. They could not be creators if they weren't. _______________________________________________________________ Learn to be leaders. Become involved in the Now, the Moment, the wondrous Now that uses your tomorrows to come as a result of all your yesterdays that must be lived now. When you exhibit one act of freedom, it will open unto you another pinnacle existence that has been far removed from anything you have ever lived. ________________________________________________________________ You learn Love by "being." That is Love. You must become Love in order to know what it means. ________________________________________________________________ Ponder these words I have given unto you. Ponder your relationship unto the Source and be a perfect reflectant on it. Ponder the creative thoughts and how they come. Ponder your life and how you live it. Are you being governed by time and enslaved by it? Are you enslaved by your society? If you do not have joy, speak from the Lord God of your Being and ask why, know why; I assure you the answer will manifest itself for you. When you have mastered the "why," then there is no more lacking and no more illusion. Then you can begin to live your life in a more purposeful being. Stream of Well-Being

Another excerpt from Sara, Book 1..... Solomon says............. Sara, when someone says no to cancer, they are actually disallowing the Stream of Well-being. When someone says no to murderers, they are actually disallowing the Stream of Well-being. When someone says no to poverty, they are actually resisting the Stream of Well-being......because when you're giving your attention to what you don't want, you're vibrating with it, which means you're resistant to what you do want. So, the key is to identify what you don't want, briefly, but then to turn to what you DO want and say YES. ............................................................................. "That's it?! That's all we have to do? Just say YES instead of no!" Sara couldn't believe how simple this all sounded. She felt elated. "Solomon, that is so easy! I can do that! I think everybody could do that!" .............................................................................. Solomon enjoyed Sara's enthusiasm about this new knowledge. "Yes, Sara, you can do that. And that is what you have come forth to teach to others. Practice it for a few days. Pay attention to yourself and others around you, and notice how practiced most of you are at saying NO to things much more often than you say YES to things. As you observe, for a while, you will come to understand the sorts of things that people do to resist the Well-being that is natural. Have fun with this, Sara."

Birds on the Water

i was just sitting outside.......... there is increased wave action this morning....... waves crashing closer to the beach while beyond the ocean appears calm ..................................................................................................................................................... i observed a flock of birds sitting on the surface of the water.......... i watched in amazement as they appeared to be in quiet oneness with the water.......... as the water raised up and fell ...so did they............ even in the midst of large waves they simply remained in the flow of the waters action........... always appearing quiet and calm as one with the water.......... not jumping up.....or flying away......no......they simply stayed on the surface riding the waves as though they were one with them ..................................................................................................................................................................... i imagined moving thru this life in just that way............ with such calm and quiet......... with a knowing that all is well.......... with a knowing of oneness with all life.......... all life appearing as love.......... to bring me unique experiences of love............ ..................................................................................................................................................................... who knows how love will appear in the next moment?

Changing Your Life (Sara, Book 1)

In the book, Sara Learns the Secret of the Law of Attraction, Sara's wise old owl friend, Solomon, offers her four basic, simple steps for changing her life experiences. Solomons says...... 1. KNOW WHAT YOU DON’T WANT. E.g., I don’t want to feel bad. I don’t want to do the same thing over and over again. 2. KNOW WHAT YOU DO WANT. E.g., I want more joy in my life. I want to experience a new adventure. 3. FIND THE FEELING PLACE OF WHAT YOU DO WANT. Talk about and imagine what you do want until you feel as though you are already there. Make it as real as possible in your imagination. 4. EXPERIENCE THE PHYSICAL MANIFESTATION OF YOUR DESIRE. Sara asks, “How can you see something that is wrong and not feel bad about it?” Solomon responds, “The key to this question is APPRECIATION.” When you are feeling bad about something, find thoughts to think that will bring you the feeling of appreciation. Continue to do this until you feel yourself shifting. This will move you out of ‘feeling bad.’

The Brain

Genius

Heart Perception

A Children's Book to Consider

Just finished reading a beautiful little book titled, Sara Learns the Secret of the Law of Attraction. I purchased it for my 9 year old grandson and decided to read it thru before giving it to him. This book provides the perfect 'basic' for re-training the mind in a simple to read format. ..................................................................................................................................................... .................................................................................................................................................................... The basic premise offered to Sara from her owl friend, Solomon, is ......pay attention to where you place your focus. This is the place from which you create. If you are always focused on the 'conditions' of a situation or relationship, you will continue to experience the same conditions. If, however, you choose to focus on loving thoughts in the midst of these 'conditions,' you create a 'happy' experience for yourself as opposed to an unhappy one. Sara learns that her 'happiness' has nothing to do with 'outside' conditions. Thru Solomon's helpful explanations, Sara learns that she is the one who determines whether she will experience happiness or not. ............................. ...................................................................................................................................................................... I know in my own experience of being present with my thoughts that it is mind-boggling how many judgmental thoughts pass thru my consciousness! What appears is a stream of judgment until I pay attention and focus on what I am feeling and connect it with specific thoughts. A Little Story About A Fly

since monday there has been a particular fly in the house.... it seems to 'find' me wherever i am.... i thought....'this is annoying!' then i had the thought yesterday to name the fly....freddie... it seemed to disappear... today the fly is back and after thinking 'this is annoying' i decided to rename the fly.....frederica...why can't a fly be a girl??? and love the annoyance....well....haven't seen frederica since... isn't that interesting?? ................................................................................................ .............................................................................................................................................. it seems i need to love all my little 'annoyances' and appreciate how they move me to the moment.... .............................................................................................................................................. .............................................................................................................................................. just thought i'd share this silly little story with you......

LOVE IT ALL

This morning I noticed thoughts coming to mind of various people and the personality challenges they presented to me. As I focused on each one, I heard "Love it all." I experienced the scope of the statement as totally inclusive of people, places, things, times and events. Nothing was excluded from the 'Love it all' statement. ....................................................................... .......................................................................................................................................................................... I heard "You are one with the Father. The Father loves without conditions. The Father is infinite in this love and sees you only in the eternalness of Pure Love. You and the Father are one. In your infinite being-ness, you love in the same way as the Father. Now, you are asked to extend Pure Love to all.....in every circumstance without conditions." ........................................ ......................................................................................................................................................................... This message is for all of us who chose love......who desire to manifest our truth......to raise up all consciousness.....to assist Mother Earth and all life in the ascension process. ........................ ...................................................................................................................................................................... Channel For Peace

I asked Love "What would You have me do in this moment?" Journey into the Dark Side

This morning, in The Way of Mastery I read the following..... "Who do I know in my existence who I have judged, and locked into a certain box, and I have decided that is all they are?" ............................................................................................... ............................................................................................................................................................. In asking myself this question, I heard the answer to be "ME." I feel the emotional pangs of self-hate in this response. Years of deeply intense personal work have not erased this deepest of all issures from my psyche. It continues to live in the collective mind of humanity, and I am a part of that. So, I look at what this looks like and feels like inside of me. .................................................. .............................................................................................................. I hear the words "You are not..." at the beginning of each statement the ego voice speaks. "You are not worthy...deserving...productive...creative...talented... responsible...credible...valuable...wise...beautiful...loving...generous...loyal... compassionate...kind...etc. It is all a crock. You are not any of this...no matter how hard you try...you are not." .................................................................................................. .................................................................................................................................................................... The voice sounds harsh, unforgiving, ridiculing...almost happy in a sick way to tell me all of this. I hear the distinct sound of pleasure in the voice telling me how I am not anything of worth. This is the sound of the ego ...the voice of the world I have created and believed in. ........................................................................................................ ...................................................................................................................................................................... In listening to this, I feel sick to my stomach...nauseous...thinking this might all be true about me. Could it be? What happens to me if it's true? It appears there is no where to go. I feel hopeless in the face of nothingness............................ ................................................................................................................ It is in that moment.... when I feel tied to a rock and sinking in the ocean.... that a quiet voice speaks. .................................................................................. ................................................................................................................ "Remember, dear one, that you are love. You are innocence. You are a child of God. You are the One...with all life...you are the One. You have simply forgotten for a moment. And, in that forgetting, you believe the world and all the limitations it sets. None of it is true. I am here to remind you of this. Move to your heart center. It is in your heart that you will find the truth for yourself. Stay committed to truth. stay committed to honesty with Self. When you feel dragged down emotionally, you can allow it without getting lost in it. Allow it and you will move thru it. And if, by chance, you get lost in it, fear not. Your commitment to truth is your lifeline to the Holy Spirit who will not let you drown in a sea of forgetfulness. So, take heart. Move into the heart center and ask Truth to reveal Itself to you. Remain quiet and listen. In hearing those words, I find a calm settling over me. There is nothing to fear. I choose to believe that, and that desire opens the door to something different! Peace descends into this body and the story of self-hate fades like a disappearing cloud. Although I continue to experience waves of self-hate.... doubt.... fear...., there remains a subtle yet grounded sense of unwavering peace. It is my mainstay in the midst of the storm, and I am left with a sense of possibility. Hopelessness fades into nothingness as Love gently takes my hand and leads me thru the passageway into the Light. ...................................................................................................................................................................... ...................................................................................................................................................................... This process is not for the faint of heart!!

Eating Love for Breakfast!

This morning, rather than my usual course of action, I decided to create a lovely breakfast for myself......a new 'concoction' that came to mind while lying in bed during the night. The ingredients included a homemade waffle, one egg overlight and a helping of chopped fresh tomato and onion. It looked beautiful on the plate with the egg on top of the waffle and the veggies surrounding it. It felt beautiful to view it and to cut into it. Each mouthful tasted beautiful and the thought came to me that surely there was Love in each bite. Yes, I thought, each lovely mouthful is Love. I am eating Love for breakfast! As I sipped some coffee, I found it amazing that such a simple act..... in a single moment of 'time'...... could bring such a beautiful loving feeling. I am assurred by my loving 'unseen' family that this is how we create heaven on earth....with simply a loving thought while being totally present in the moment.

The present phase of linear time on your planet is a uniquely opportune juncture for self-review and chosen solitude. Masters many of you, particularly those above the age of 49, the seventh 7 year cycle, find yourselves in a state of solitude, after spouses have passed, relationships terminated and marriage contracts have ended. And although this path is at times quite lonely, quite difficult and may feel 'unnatural' for many of you, it is with purpose. So we tell you to use this time wisely, embrace it. You are on the cusp of a great graduation. Now there is a recurring message in many of your religious texts that says "For everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven." Indeed there is a time for solitude. Divine Solitude is a noble condition, and one that offers quantum leaps in terms of growth, when understood, and recognized for its profound purpose. You see the Divine-Self is ultimately, conclusively alone in its final pursuit of omnipotence. In your terms, the soul enters the earth alone, and the spirit departs the earth alone. Ascended Masters that walk the Earth, have for millennia sought solitude in their incarnations before achieving Mastery. So it is with many of you now. Dear Ones, Many of you who find yourself alone at this time, are of the belief that you must find a partner. Many of you seek your 'soul mate' your twin flame. Yet we tell you, in many cases among the advanced souls, you are alone because you have planned it. Indeed it is a special and noble undertaking. It is time for Divine Solitude. Solitude for those seeking sanctified light, for those seeking, what is termed 'consecrated enlightenment' chose specific periods in their life plan, to be alone for a time. This does not mean you will always be in solitude, it simply means for a time you have chosen it to 'work on the self'; to achieve self love. Among souls seeking Mastery, approximately one of every three or four lifetimes, is a lifetime chosen for solitude. Loving the SELF is a Requirement Love of self is a condition that many, especially those from Christian heritage, have lost. Christianity with its teachings of original sin taught you that you were flawed in your nature, that you needed forgiving. You spent lifetimes prostate asking forgiveness for who you are. You lost your sense of your divinity, and found it easier to give than to receive. Balance was forfeited. Now, we tell you that as the Earth transforms to the new Crystalline Age, the nature of energy resonance and the dimensional grasp of the planet is expanded. There is a lessening of the influence of duality/polarity for those of you that choose to extend beyond the third dimension. You may ask whether solitude or partnerships bring greater advancement to the soul. The question is timely and especially pertinent for many of you in the dawn of the Ascension. The short answer is that both coupling and solitude have their divine purpose.... and we underline the word BOTH. Much is gained in being in committed loving relationship. This is the natural circumstance in most sojourns on the plane of Earth. But Masters, we tell you that there is also great purpose also in solitude. It is in fact a requisite. It is no error that great numbers of you on the finals steps of the path of enlightenment are alone in this period. Now is the prelude to the coming Ascension. If you are among these, we tell you that perhaps your solitude is appropriate. Perhaps it is as it should be. You see it is how many of you planned it. Yet many of you feel that the loneliness is too much to bear and that you must pursue a partner...the elusive twin flame. Dear Souls, there is much confusion around the concept of the twin flame, the 'soul mate', and the role and nature of optimal partnership in Mastery of Self. Solitude and Nondependency Solitude is intended to be a period of sublime reverence of self. Your life and your experience in this plane is your own creation, your own living tapestry, woven by your individual belief. Within solitude, the soul is prompted into self-review, and opportunity is given to dive deeply into the deep waters that flow within you. To swim in the ocean of SELF, and in so doing rediscover the love within, to learn what a brilliant spark of God you truly are. Relationships are a method of reflecting the affectivity of your belief system, and giving you feedback on what, simply stated, is working, and what is not. Detachment requires the individual to explore the self, to reacquaint with the inner horizon, and this facilitates and necessitates sovereignty. Sovereignty is the prepotency of Mastership. A relationship of two sovereign nondependent humans has greater balance, greater creativity, and greater longevity than a pairing of two beings co-dependent on one another. Do you understand? Ultimately each soul must clearly define SELF in order to gain Mastery. Self Mastery is embodied in periods of planned detachment. It is that period in which impeccability is crystallized. And we tell you Dear Ones, crystallization, through impeccability is a necessary phase of Self- Mastery. It is a calibrational juncture in the multidimensional sojourn. One enters the void, the great mystery in the quest for fortitude and sovereign vision, alone, without a shoulder to lean on. And in the process, one discovers sublime wholeness and self-completion. Do not misunderstand our meaning; there is great validity in coupling, in the natural aspect of soul mate. But conclusively one walks the path of Mastery in sovereign detachment. One becomes enlightened when one learns to transcend the physical self. Each of you must endeavor to the final conquest of what we term as 'impeccability'. Impeccability is the crystallization or uniform clarity of the soul, and it is a necessary virtue of Mastery. This involves release of dependency, the release of all that does not serve your divinity. It is a rebooting and reprogramming of all you are. We have told you that the language, the fabric of higher dimension is sacred geometry. Impeccability is the geometric clarity of the soul mind. By defining oneself through impeccability one becomes crystalline, and thus more capable of Divine Consciousness within the geometric light of coherent higher planes. It is only accomplished by deciding who you are, what you believe, and then living it. Recognizing your truths, and aligning fully to them. Question to Metatron: Are you saying that loving relationships, such as marriage, are not our ultimate union? AAMetatron: Remember that in the highest realm you are in sacred Oneness, each a part of the Divine One. So in terms of duality experience, the answer to your question is yes. In this context, YES! Masters, in highest reality, you are a unified plural consciousness. Relationships in the linear duality experience are a means to the end. We are saying that loving relationships are a sacred, joyful tool of achieving Self Mastery, but that ultimately in each soul's journey; there is requisite ultimate growth into sovereignty. The sovereign self is a sufficient self & truly has no dependent need of another. Such conceptual dependency can be a deterrent to Mastery. In truth you merge in sovereignty with your other half. The other part of your soul that separated in duality expression. Each of you have a male and female component, and the other half is re-merged in the Integral Divine Self before rising into higher realm. Many of you consider a soul mate and twin flame the same. Only the syntax is in parity. The true meanings are different. The twin flame is the other half of the same soul, split in duality, and these are rarely in physicality together. The 'soul mate' is in our terms, another soul with whom you have contracted to grow together within physical duality, as a means of development and exploration of love with another soul. Movement toward common purpose. The seeming paradox in linear relationships, that of the 'soul mate' concept (not the twin flame) is that a relationship of two non-dependent sovereign beings, has greater joy, greater balance, greater interface with the divine, greater opportunity for advancement than a relationship based on co-dependence. Do you see? In this time, in this now, many of you are actually merging with your etheric (non-physical) twin flame, and molding your sacred fullness into one physicality in order for you to enter the crystalline realm in wholeness. In most cases this soul reconnection is accomplished in solitude or in sovereign non dependent relationships. So we say embrace your chosen period of SOVEREIGN SOLITUDE, it is the sign of your souls intent to enter into Crystalline Mer-Ka-Na Mastery. The Divine Feminine We add that many who are in this life, of the female gender, have chosen particularly effacious roles in the balancing of the planet at this time. Is it not true that the planet has been imbalanced in an overage of patriarchal energies for millennia? That is why it would appear that a vast majority of those drawn to the 'New Age' are female, you see, to anchor in the Divine Feminine. Females have been conditioned and labeled in your current paradigm as the 'weaker sex'. Nothing could be farther from the truth! Many of the females, who find themselves now in single status, are conditioned to feel they must have a partner. Again, we say, embrace your solitude. You chose it, we honor you for the path you have chosen. The ideal for the planet, is not to be female or male, rather a perfect balance of BOTH, but it is at the moment still in an imbalance of patriarchal resonance. We honor those of you in female biology, you're strength is indeed progressing in creating the nurturing balance. Truly the over-soul is androgynous, self-contained. Self-sufficient. That does not mean that love is not the frequencial basis of the soul, indeed it is the highest vibration. It is the resonance that is produced by the Ascended Soul to the Cosmos, and reflected back as a collective harmonic of crystalline love. There is a time when those of you have played the role of soul mates, will individualize, and in your terms, part in joy. The evolved soul in achieving omnipotence, will become consummately self sufficient, and in so doing radiate spectacular unconditional love to ALL. That is as it should be, as it must be. It is how you Ascend. Embracing Sovereignty The final graduation of the soul is not done in pairing, you see. It is done within the Divine SELF in universal harmonic to the All that is. Do you understand? This is the activation of Self to the divine resonance of the Quantum Crystalline Field. Separation must osmatically occur before the final collective reunion, it must occur to allow for the final coalescence into the ALL THAT IS. It is who you ARE. It is the IAM that I AM. Our point here is that if you find yourself in Solitude, recognize its purpose. If you are in a relationship refine it in beauty to the greater love of non-dependence. You will indeed discover the love expands and the relationship becomes more splendid in non dependency; just as you are discovering relationships of co-dependency are imbalanced one way streets, and fail. In sovereignty humanity will see themselves in this framework as being 'whole' and not being their partner's property or someone's 'better half'. Each will bring their integral, whole SELF in fullness, in robust flow of energy into relationship, in a manner that often does not occur today. There are pre agreed points that allow for freedom of choice and for change, even if that change is to end the partnership. In sovereignty individuals share their best, without compromise of ideals. Each will recognize the divinity of the other, and retain the integrity of SELF. They will afford their own promises, promises and choices of a new paradigm, but there will be avenues and opportunities of adjustments and the ability of reviewing terms. This will allow for greater recognition of the SELF. These will be designed to prevent energy blockage and reduce dysfunctional marriages and divorce complications and lawsuits, you see. Some relationships in these terms will indeed last a lifetime, some will not. But the archetype of sovereignty will better support both, based on choice and mutual agreement of each individual’s terms. And as such independence becomes joyful, devoid of one partner being dominant and imposing their beliefs, morality and will over another. Humankind, in mass today, truly does not recognize or understand their soul, their divine SELF. Self is unfortunately regulated to the realm of ego personality by the masses. It is true that a higher degree of the light quotient is awakened on the planet now, than has occurred at any other time, but it is still only about 10% of the population of eight billion plus that has awakened. That is a sufficient number to bring about the Ascension, but much has yet to be done. Religion in the New Paradigm Religion in the new paradigm, must be individualized, must truly recognize the nature of SELF the nature of the DIVINE SOUL. None of your world religions truly answer these questions today. None of your religions answer the questions of mans true Cosmic Extra-Terrestrial multi-dimensional origins. And that must come to understanding in the new paradigm. None of your current mainstream religions can accurately and completely express the true history of man on the earth. As such, there is no one true religion on the planet today. Most are bought and sold on preset regulated templates. Each claim to know the path to God, to be able to lead the way to God, yet none truly do. Each has its dogma; each has its hierarchy and controls. Man searches for GOD more fervently now than at any other time in on the planet, and so this seeking in itself has the potential to bring in the light. Few religious teachers are true teachers, scholars perhaps, but not true teachers, you see. Others are charlatans, even within metaphysics and the so called 'New Age'. Few who make claim to channel Ascended Masters or Angelics truly do. Discernment When integrity is not maintained the connection to true spirit is disconnected, and all who are human are subject to fall in and out of integrity. Truly the way in the Ascension is the ability of each soul to rise into his/her higher self. Look inside and find your own divinity within your heart. Not through blindly following a guru, evangelist, channeller or spiritual leader, but through SELF. Accept only what you discern individually to resonate as true, Dear Ones, and do not give your power to another. Each of you can and must channel your higher selves. Study, look, listen, discern, review and only accept what resonates within you. The way to the divine, Masters, is through the sacred sovereignty of SELF, and in the Ascension, the way to the higher SELF is through self-definition, and seeking that aspect of God inside each of you, with the great desire that is embedded in each of your souls. Study, seek, and work ! There is little hope for the lazy. You are here to make known the unknown ! Work at it ! Be a warrior of light within duality, for the true battles are within for self mastery. The path is not easy. But within Self Mastery lies an energy so exquisite that it fuels all you require to move forward, and there is another level above each you ascend to. Consciousness ever expands. Closing Discover your path. Discover yourself. Love yourself, love one another, love the divinity inside you and inside every one ! Discover the multidimensional aspects of your true Soul. That is the nobility of solitude. And thought the path is at times quite difficult and lonely , know that such is the challenge of duality, for above, you are whole, and lack no thing. Meeting Dr. Miriam Kotzin

Last night I had the pleasure of meeting Miriam Kotzin at the monthly gathering in Vineland of the Writers' Society. A writer of poetry and fiction, Dr. Kotzin is an associate professor of English at Drexel University, directs the Certificate Program in Writing and Publishing and teaches creative writing and literature. At the Society's gathering, she presented an interesting array of poetic work and offered some insight into the forms poetry can take. Her poetry has a earthy feel and depicts life as it is seen in the moment thru the eyes of the beholder. Heart-felt memories show up as themes on occasion. Dr. Kotzin's description of Flash Fiction was enlightening, as this is a new genre for me. The selections she read were delightful.....so delightful, in fact, that I was prompted to purchase one of her books, Just Desserts, Flash Fiction, published by Star Cloud Press, Scottsdale, AZ. FREE CHOICE

I'M A LOVER

The following writing was sent to me from a sister of the heart, Glenda Otto. Glenda is an eternal lover of Life. She just can't help herself!! After reading Rumi's poetry.... and in a moment of sheer inspiration..... these words flowed out from her being. Her words fall on me gently, as I recognize myself. Now, it's your turn. My vocation is to be a Lover.

Oh I don’t mean the jump-into-bed kind of Lover

I mean the kind of Lover who’s in Love with Life,

And quietly, humbly intends to love each moment, each person,

Everything, no matter what.

It’s not my job to be perfect.

It’s my job to simply Love,

The kind of Love that breathes compassion.

It’s not my job to judge when I think others are less-than-perfect.

I was taught by osmosis that it was my job to judge.

Somehow the world would be a better place if I judged.

And when I judged others,

They’d magically change and become closer to my idea of perfect.

Took years to discover it’s not like that.

When I judge others, they tend to judge themselves and become fearful and defensive.

It’s my job to Love and see the perfection of what is in front of me.

It’s my job to live as though All Is Designed for me/us to be in Love.

I’m encountering more people like me these days.

We just want to be Lovers.

We’ve got a few bad habits left over from our days when we wanted to be perfect,

But, none-the-less, we are moving toward Loving with open arms.

It’s more fun. There’s more spaciousness and freedom when we join with Love.

Yes, it hurts our heart when we’re less-than-loving to ourselves and to others.

We discover we’re not too skilled at being Lovers.

But then comes the wonderful discovery question:

‘Love, what would you have me do?’

We fall silent and listen with our Whole Being …

We are joined by the greater Source of Love,

The Creator of Love, within us.

We know ourselves to be that Source of Love.

Imagine that!

We ask how to Love in this moment.

It comes now or later,

But it comes.

I have nothing, NOTHING better to do than to join with Love and

Become a Lover.

Take a load off. Let’s sit down.

Or, perhaps you want to dance …

NOTHING REAL CAN BE THREATENED

Nothing real can be threatened.

Only Love is Real…..therefore…..

Love cannot be threatened….

jeopardized….compromised….made vulnerable….

Love is the One Reality.

nothing to do with the roles you play while in a body….

This identity has nothing to do with your sense of value….

worth….deservedness….self-respect….self-esteem….

YOU ARE LOVE

whether in a body or out of one.

YOU ARE LOVE

whether you reside in prison…Hollywood…Main St…or Mars…

Your identity as Love comes to you from the Source of All Creation…..

from the one and only 'parent' there is……….

the Father/Mother Principle….God….Allah….All-That-Is…..

'No one' can 'take' this from you.

'No one' can 'make' you believe that which you do not choose to believe.

YOU ARE LOVE

You can choose to believe it or not.

It is totally your choice to believe….

yet……a belief can never alter or threaten the Truth.

Only Love is Real…...therefore…..

All that exists is Love..….therefore…..

if you exist…..then…..YOU ARE LOVE.

Embrace your true identity.

GUILT

Guilt is nothing more than the ego's way

of blocking you from 'getting' what you want...

from accepting who you truly are.

In truth, there is no 'getting'......for there is no 'need'...

at least, not when you accept you are Love.

You have always existed in unlimited abundance...fullness...wholeness...completeness.

You 'have' ALL.

You exist in ALL.

Guilt blocks you from 'seeing' ALL and receiving ALL.

When you experience guilt, know it is a false reality.

No matter how 'real' guilt feels,

it blocks you from experiencing what you already 'have'...

from what you already are....

Love....Abundance...One with ALL-THAT-IS.

Release guilt when you feel it rise up in you.

It is simply a belief...and you can change a belief.

Remember you have a choice....so choose anew.

Resistance (guilt) to the Truth (Love) is futile!

Be grateful this is so.

ALLOWANCE

Love, what would you have me do today?

Be in allowance of all things today.

Let not one thing block the flow of love.

As you recognize resistance in the body...

simply notice it...

and then take the opportunity

to recognize judgment...

own it....bless it....and release it.

HEALING THE PAIN OF REJECTION

Remember this: what appears outside of you is nothing more than a reflection of what lives within you. If there is something to be healed, go within. Here is where true healing occurs. Ask yourself to see and feel the pain. Allow this experience to rise up within you. It is in the moment of the feeling experience...... as you bring your conscious loving awareness to the feeling....... that healing occurs. It is your intent to heal coupled with allowance in the moment that gives permission for the Grace of Love to enter and fill your being with Light. Understand that this is not about 'another' person changing their mind. It is about YOU changing YOUR MIND. Observe within yourself the attachment to the need for a particular relationship. Ask yourself: where does this deep need come from? What is this really about? Be still and listen. The answers will come. The struggle for or the resistance to loving connections outside yourself is a reflection of your own inner struggle and resistance to loving connection with your Self. Rejection appearing outside of you reflects your own rejection of your true Self. Your struggle/resistance is the rejection of your true worth, value and sovereign inner authority. Your true Self resides outside the illusion of time and space. It is here that your true value exists unrecognized until you choose to recognize it, believe it and live it.......until you choose your Holy Self as your true identity.

Rejection of 'others' is rejection of your Self.

Rejection from 'others' is rejection of your Self.

All rejection reflects the same thing: you have rejected your Self in some way.

See it. Allow it. Forgive it. Bless it.

Release it to the Heart of Love.

Love transcends all without exception.

Love is always the answer.

3. Redefine yourself by moving from the little picture of the body-ego-mind existence to the bigger picture of the Cosmic Observer. This shift implies your willingness to allow movement into expanded consciousness.
