Changing Your Life (Sara, Book 1)

In the book, Sara Learns the Secret of the Law of Attraction, Sara's wise old owl friend, Solomon, offers her four basic, simple steps for changing her life experiences. Solomons says...... 1. KNOW WHAT YOU DON’T WANT. E.g., I don’t want to feel bad. I don’t want to do the same thing over and over again. 2. KNOW WHAT YOU DO WANT. E.g., I want more joy in my life. I want to experience a new adventure. 3. FIND THE FEELING PLACE OF WHAT YOU DO WANT. Talk about and imagine what you do want until you feel as though you are already there. Make it as real as possible in your imagination. 4. EXPERIENCE THE PHYSICAL MANIFESTATION OF YOUR DESIRE. Sara asks, “How can you see something that is wrong and not feel bad about it?” Solomon responds, “The key to this question is APPRECIATION.” When you are feeling bad about something, find thoughts to think that will bring you the feeling of appreciation. Continue to do this until you feel yourself shifting. This will move you out of ‘feeling bad.’
