Transforming Yourself

1. Determine for yourself what you are most committed to and what you most value. These create the lens from which you interpret your daily experiences.
2. Look at how you define yourself in the roles you play (conditional identity: gender, race, nationality, religion, politics, family, job, etc.) and the parameters in and from which you live. These set your boundaries and limit you.
3. Redefine yourself by moving from the little picture of the body-ego-mind existence to the bigger picture of the Cosmic Observer. This shift implies your willingness to allow movement into expanded consciousness.

Thought for the Day

LOVE, WHAT WOULD YOU HAVE ME DO TODAY?
Live from your heart.
Today, if you find your mind in confusion
ask your heart what to do.
Still the mind as you listen.
You will be guided in new ways
true to who you are.

Thought for the Day

LOVE, WHAT WOULD YOU HAVE ME DO TODAY?
Be watchful of your mind...
the thoughts...the judgments.
These hold you trapped in guilt and fear.
Remind yourself that non-judgment is possible
despite what you think you see.
Live from the heart giving others
the benefit of the doubt.
They are your reflection.

Thought for the Day

LOVE, WHAT WOULD YOU HAVE ME DO TODAY?
Bring awareness to how you have defined yourself.
The very roles you play and the values you hold
are the lines you have drawn
on the unlimited canvas of your consciousness.
Is there anything you want to change?
Consider that you are an unlimited being
and bring awareness this day
to how you limit yourself.
